Company Profile

LCT Solutions is a Consulting and Training Company that was established in 1999 by Alistair and Lorna Corder. The directors firmly believe people are the core asset of any business and our motto is to "helping you achieve your success”. LCT Solutions partners with specialist facilitators and business consultants in various fields, such as HR, IT, Quality, HIV & AIDS, and Finance to ensure a consistent quality service and value add to its clients.

Alistair has consulted and trained across the business spectrum, from small SME businesses to large multinationals across Southern and East Africa and internationally. Alistair has a diverse business background going back over the past 20 years. Alistair started in the Accounting profession and completed his articles with Deloitte & Touché in 1991. From there Alistair moved into the IT industry and quickly established himself as a top quality Financial Consultant and Project Manager. Alistair worked at the number one UK listed IT ERP Solutions Company in the 1990's before moving to one of the top SA listed IT Companies. Alistair has held senior management positions in all the companies he has worked at including a stint as Managing Director for a joint venture company in the e-media industry. Alistair has specialised in Project Management, Quality Management Systems, Change Management, Financial Awareness and Business Consulting. Productivity Improvement and Business Skills Training including individual and team coaching on how to be Successful are key offerings of LCT Solutions. Alistair is an excellent facilitator and experienced business consultant that will add value to you or your organization.

While LCT Solutions is based in Somerset West, Western Cape, South Africa, our operations are not restricted to this area. As evident by the list of clients, LCT Solutions consultants and facilitators travel throughout South Africa and Africa.

LCT Solutions has recognised this and our approach is to truly empower individuals by training them in Business and life skills in order to provide these individuals with the knowledge, skills, mentorship and coaching support to enable them establish their own businesses in their chosen fields. LCT Solutions has a BEE Rating of 4 (> 65% but <75%)
